by | Oct 21, 2015 | News

CHESTER, NJ – Cancer Hope Network (CHN) has partnered with Medocity, Inc. to provide a new layer of patient and caregiver support. Beginning October 2015, CHN patients and their families will have free access to the iCancerHealth™ platform where they will be able to access CHN support information, while using iCancerHealth to coordinate care and track symptoms, medications and more.

An intuitive and comprehensive platform, iCancerHealth bridges the gap between the clinic and the patient’s home.

Some key features include:

  • Management and tracking of medications, symptoms and treatment plans;
  • Providing guidance for patients and caregivers with timely disease and drug specific information; and
  • Connecting patients with their care team, family members and friends to share information

“Cancer Hope Network has been supporting cancer patients for more than 35 years,” said Wanda Diak, CHN Executive Director. “We are pleased to add the iCancerHealth platform to the resources we offer patients and their families.”

“Medocity is looking forward to providing users with information and support provided by Cancer Hope Network” said Raj Agarwal, CEO and president of Medocity. “This new partnership will further Medocity’s goal to provide innovative tools to serve, engage and educate patients, helping them improve their ability to self-manage their disease and medications while undergoing treatment at home.”
