PARSIPPANY, N.J., OCTOBER 27, 2019 — Medocity announced that it has signed two landmark deals for its enterprise digital care platform with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer and one of the nation’s largest health insurance services companies.

In the first agreement with a major global pharma company, Medocity was selected to build a digital monitoring ecosystem for one of their key drugs with safety issues to optimize engagement, improve process efficiencies, and ensure a unified experience across all touchpoints. The program involves connecting providers, patients, a monitoring portal, several specialty pharmacies, and integrating data from multiple labs. Medocity was chosen after an extensive landscape assessment and was identified as the only vendor capable of stitching the complex ecosystem together digitally. The program is expected to significantly expand the access and bring novel drug benefits to patients in need by not only reducing the burden of prescribing for providers but also supporting patients and helping them stay longer on the therapy.

The second agreement, with a top 5 US payer, leverages Medocity’s Digital Care Platform to provide an innovative, end-to-end behavioral health management program for employers. Medocity was selected to help solve complex multi-party interoperability issues that frequently plague attempts to deliver true connected intelligent care solutions. The platform integrates with clinical grade wearables, captures and analyzes data utilizing artificial intelligence and machine learning, identifies potential anomalies, and generates alerts allowing real-time interventions and personalized behavioral coaching to avert potential negative health events. This unique employer-based program aims to improve outcomes, lower medical costs, and improve productivity for employer clients.

Medocity will be featuring its award-winning enterprise solution at HLTH 2019, the Conference for Health Innovation, on October 27-30. Company executives will be on hand at booth 349 to demonstrate the company’s flagship product, the Medocity Digital Care Platform, which combines artificial intelligence and multiple virtual care capabilities in a single end-to-end solution.
