Increasing engagement and self-care support for cancer patients

Medocity’s virtual care platform has demonstrated the potential of remote symptom assessment to improve patient education and self-management while enabling better clinician communication, according to a study by Dana Farber presented at the Oncology Nursing Society’s 43rd Annual Congress on May 19, 2018.

Enrolled patients were initially registered on the platform and completed an initial baseline symptom assessment in the clinic.
